Matt & Lea Edminster

Serving Alongside Estonia's Small Churches

Matt and Lea Edminster have been serving together in Estonia since 1998 when Matt was sent by Alongside to serve the youth ministry in Lea's church in Viimsi. Matt and Lea were married in 2002 and now have three children: Kevin, Miriam and Matilda. Since Matt's ordination in 2007, the Edminsters have served in a variety of church leadership roles.

Matt is currently the regional elder for Baptist Union churches in Central Estonia, on the pastoral team at the Allika Baptist Church in Tallinn, Researcher and Bible teacher at the Estonian Baptist Seminary in Tallinn and a doctoral candidate in theology at Amsterdam Vrije University. Lea is an administrator and English teacher for K-12 at a local Christian school and is studying for a Masters in Organizational Communication.
